"Clingstone, House on a Rock" tells the story of the 107-year-old mansion that sits on a rock in Narragansett Bay off the coast of Jamestown, Rhode Island.

The film features Henry Wood, a Boston-based architect who bought the house in 1961 after it had been abandoned for 20 years following the ravaging hit of the 1938 Hurricane.
Together with an ever-expanding group of helpers and many salvaged materials, Henry renovated Clingstone and gradually transformed the house into the off-the-grid wonder that it is today.
